Anti-Ragging Committee

As per the guidelines of UGC, AICTE, and Supreme Court Anti-Ragging Regulations, Udaya School of Engineering has constituted an Anti-Ragging Committee to ensure a ragging free campus and to maintain discipline, safety, and student well-being. Ragging in any form physical, verbal, emotional, or psychological harassment—is strictly prohibited within the campus, hostels, transportation, and all areas associated with the institution. The Anti-Ragging Committee works proactively to prevent such incidents through awareness programs, monitoring mechanisms, counselling, and strict disciplinary measures.

By enforcing a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging, the Anti-Ragging Committee helps maintain discipline, mutual respect, and a healthy learning atmosphere, thereby supporting the overall personality development and well-being of students in our engineering college.

Objectives of the Anti-Ragging Committee:

• To prevent ragging inside campus, hostel, and transport.
• To create a safe and friendly environment for freshers.
• To monitor student interaction during the initial academic period.
• To take immediate disciplinary action against ragging incidents.
• To conduct awareness programs on anti-ragging rules.
