The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of Udaya School of Engineering is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is established to provide a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students, teaching faculty, and non-teaching staff within the institution.
The ICC aims to prevent incidents of sexual harassment and promote gender equality and dignity on campus. It serves as an effective grievance redressal mechanism where complaints related to sexual harassment can be reported confidentially and addressed in a fair and unbiased manner.
The committee undertakes awareness programs, counseling sessions, and sensitization activities to educate the campus community about appropriate behavior, rights, and responsibilities. It ensures that every complaint is handled promptly while maintaining confidentiality and protecting the interests of all parties involved.
